SYNOPSIS
A field of high pressure over the Adriatic is slowly weakening, while a
trough with frontal system is approaching from the west.
WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE ADRIATIC FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS
SE wind 5-15, gradually strengthening to 10-20, during the night up to
25 knots. Sea 1-2, increasing to 2-3, during the night to 3-4.
Visibility 10-20 km. Gradual heavier cloud increase, bringing rain in
places of the North Adriatic in the evening and during the night.
WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE NEXT 12 HOURS
Moderate to strong SE wind and sea slight and moderate. In the open of
the North and Central Adriatic SE wind up to near gale force and sea
increasing up to rough. Variably and mainly cloudy with scattered rain
in the North, but also spreading to the rest of the Adriatic later on.
